Power Plate Fitness Sessions
For those looking for a dynamic fitness session, we have the dynamic PowerPlate system that can help you get “Fit and Fab in Fifteen!” Bright Body is the only gym in San Diego that offer both individual 15-minute PowerPlate personal training and group PowerPlate Classes. PowerPlate sessions are true body sculpting with whole plate vibration that assists with pain management and accelerates therapy!

Power Plate® products optimize the effects of Acceleration Training™ exercise. As part of a healthy lifestyle, regular exercise on a Power Plate® machine can help to improve body tone, reduce body fat, encourage weight loss and combat cellulite.
